Find your bus

How do I determine which school my child should attend?

To determine the correct bus stop for your child:

  • Visit Bus Routes.
  • Select your child’s school and find the stop closest to your home.

Who do I call if my child has not returned home from school on time?

  • First call your child’s school
  • If you do not get an answer, call transportation at 918-833-8100  
  • Note: buses may run 10-minutes after the posted stop time

Who do talk to about transportation for students with special needs?

  • Call our special needs transportation representative at 918-833-8148 or csctrans@tulsaschools.org.
  • Note:  There is a 3-5 day processing window for all new applications

TPS students in grades 9-12 can ride Metropolitan Tulsa Transit Authority buses for free any day of the week. Students must present a valid TPS student I.D. Check times using the MTTA Trip Planner at www.tulsatransit.org. Health/Immunizations

Due to donations by the Schusterman Foundation, most of the supplies are provided for the students. There may be a few additional supplies requested by individual teachers throughout the school year. 

Early Childhood

  • 1 box crayons-8 count
  • 1 set watercolor paints
  • 1 small bottle glue
  • 6 glue stick 
  • 2 container disinfectant wipes
  • 1 roll paper towels
  • 8 pocket folders (no brads)
  • 1 pkg dry erase markers
  • 1 box ziploc bags (qt. or gal.)
  • 2 box facial tissue
  • 1 bottle germ-x
  • 2 cans of Play-Doh
  • 2 baby wipes
  • No pencil boxes

Optional: 1 zippered backpack large enough to hold a two-pocket folder. No wheels as they will not fit into the lockers.

Kindergarten

  • 2 boxes facial tissue
  • 1 bottle hand sanitizer- 12 oz. or more
  • 2 pkg. baby wipes-80 ct. or more
  • 2 containers clorox wipes
  • 1 set ear buds with microphone
  • 3 cans play doh
  • Girls: 1 box quart sized zip top bags
  • Boys: 1 box gal sized zip top bags

First Grade

  • 1 box quart sized zipper lock baggies

Second Grade

  • 2 flexible plastic folders with pockets and brads-not notebooks
  • 4 bx. sandwich size ziploc bags
  • 2 composition notebooks

Early pick up from school

  • Make sure your school has the accurate list of persons approved for picking up your child from school.
  • Adults must present their photo ID pick up a student early.
