I will work hard every day to support this caring and vibrant learning community. Before I became the assistant principal at Tisdale, I served as a reading specialist at Salk Elementary, was a multiage preschool teacher at Trinity Day School, and served as assistant princpal at Kerr. I am a fourth generation Tulsan who loves this city. It is a great place to raise children. I am a product of Tulsa Public Schools (as are my children). I went to college in Oklahoma, too. I started my undergrad work at OSU and finished it at TU, and I received my M.Ed. from OU. Many call me a word nerd, so it should be no surprise that learning is my great passion. I have a heart for working with children to ensure that they have the opportunity to learn more about the world, its people, and its languages. I consider education to be my calling. In my free time, I like to read, work puzzles, bake, and travel. My door is open, so please come visit me!
